Why can’t I pass through a particular level in the game?

If you cannot pass through one of the levels in the game, we urge you to contact us via the contact form below at the bottom of the page, so we can fix the level by making it easier for you.

Why can’t I log into the game? It hangs when I open the game.

The first thing we recommend you to do is delete the game and reinstall it from the official App store. All your achievements in the game will remain and still be the same. If you cannot log into the game again. Then.  Please contact us by filling in the contact form below at the bottom of the page.

Why is it that when I want to check my game ID, it says “not now…”?

Game ID is a unique identifier for every player. If your ID is not available then most likely you have Internet connection problem. Try to reconnect to the Internet and try again.

There was a glitch in the game and all is lost... coins or levels disappeared or maybe something unimaginable!?
